This page is for people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Fernwae is the controller of the trip information described on the privacy page.

Why we process it

• To provide the trip you started or joined.
• To keep swipes attached to the right person, using the cookie described on the cookie page.
• To protect the service from abuse.

The group match is an average the organizer can ignore. It does not decide anything about you with a legal or similarly significant effect.

Where it goes

Trip records are stored with Cloudflare, which may process them in the United States. We do not send trip text to the shared decision engine in this version.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict that information, object to a use of it, or receive a copy. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Include the trip link and the name you used so we can find the right records.

We keep a trip until it is removed or you ask us to delete the information tied to it.
